The folks at Dahl Subaru are SUPER! They got my car in quickly; looked it over thoroughly; then told me that the expensive issue I was afraid of was nothing a replacement clamp wouldn't fix. I so appreciate their honesty and kindness.
I've been utilizing Dahl Subaru for oil changes, regular maintenance, and repairs for almost 6 years. From the second you hand them the keys, they're in constant communication with you regarding your vehicle and the service you need done. My mind was blown at my most recent oil change with a new vehicle when I was sent a video walk-around and update before the technician finished things up! Good, honest, and understanding people here.
I found a nail in my tire, and Dahl Auto Service/Dahl Subaru/Dahl Hyundai Service, formerly known as Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, said they could fit me in. Jason was the service advisor that checked me in, and he was great! They had my car ready in an hour. I enjoyed their auto museum next door, while I waited, and that place is amazing! The amenities here are very clean and spacious and also include a kids play area. Give them a try!

Everyone was very nice and easy to deal with. Casey was professional and informative. I enjoyed working with him. Their APR was amazing. There is no way we could afford a new car financed by our credit union or another dealership. My advice is run, don't walk before their deal is over!

This was a great experience for me. I was in La Crosse briefly when my alternator died (on a non-Subaru vehicle). I walked in 10 minutes after they opened and Wyatt and the team worked things around to get my car in for inspection and then repair before I was scheduled to leave town. It stunk to be in that situation but being able to find such a great place that was so helpful made my day. I highly recommend them.

I was in the area for my wife's graduation. Had some issues with my vehicle. They got it in within three hours of me talking to them. Worked on it the next couple days trying to get it back to me before I left. Unfortunately it didn't happen. Not their fault by any means. They offered to have it delivered to my house. Informed at the checkin that it would be two hours. It was done in less than 2 hours. Only complaint-no popcorn was made. That is one reason I drive that far for service. Otherwise service has always been excellent. Employees are terrific.
