Everything about my visit was professional and seamless. I had an oil change and you don’t make appointments for that, but there was just second standing in line and they asked if I was going to stay in the lounge or walk away from the building while they’re changing my oil and I said I was going for a walk and when it was finished, they called me. Very nice customer service

The service center got me in right away when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I expected the work to be done correctly, as that's the business; but I found the staff was very friendly, especially Jason. I'm particular about that, and if that was not evident then I would not be back. Thanks for the upbeat attitude.

Great service at Dahl Ford

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was my first time buying such a new vehicle so I wasn't aware of the process. It does take a couple hours but definitely worth it! Loving my new subaru!

I was pleasantly surprised that my service appointment was much shorter than expected. Even with an add-on Caden suggested when i asked about my cars sensor. Caden was very friendly and attentive to my needs and comfort as I waited.

The detailing place always delivers above expectations for a very worthwhile price. Car is like new and the staff are always pleasant.

All staff involved in this repair were very supportive and did a great job. I particularly liked Caitlin‘s updates as she kept me apprised of the progress.

Ken did an amazing job showing us all the options.

I apologized to the service writer because my car was do dirty. He said no problem, we will run it through the car wash! Super good service🙂🙂

We recently assisted our daughter in finding and purchasing just the right vehicle. We have purchased several vehicles through the years through Gene Arentz and we have never seen disappointed. My elderly aunt came to Dahl to sell back her vehicle which she had bought from them because she is now too old to drive. Mr. Johnson at Dahl Subaru was very helpful and very fair with her in their offer to buy back the car!

Donna and I bought a new Subaru Crosstrek with assistance from Alex and Zach. Alex, Zach, and Dahl staff were professional and friendly. Alex helped us understand the car and its features really well. We enjoyed the entire process!
