I was looking to buy a new legacy sport and Ken assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He let me test drive two similar vehicles and went out of his way to answer all my questions. I ended up having to go in a different direction but I'll definitely be going back to Ken for my next Subaru.

We came into Dahl Subaru a couple of Fridays ago and purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot. We traded in my 2013 Dodge Dart with 151K miles to acquire the Jeep, for my son as his first car. Throughout the process, I was talking to my son about what is the difference between a good salesperson and an outstanding salesperson. As were driving to Dahl Subaru, I told him if Jeff at Dahl Subaru was good, he would have the Jeep out front of the dealership waiting for us. Additionally, Jeff would have us get in the vehicle immediately, don’t talk about it, get us in the vehicle. I also told my son when we get back, Jeff should have paperwork ready to go, try to connect with us and then offer us drinks/food/etc. And then I told him, if this all goes down the way we want. There will be a hook…something which will keep us wanting to go back to Jeff. The hook won’t come on that day or even the next day, possibly a week later, but there will be something that keeps us “sticky” to Jeff? Thank you, Jeff, for checking all those boxes for me, and demonstrating to my son what a top-notch, world class salesperson entails. All those things I mentioned above were free, didn’t cost anything, but are reflections of superior customer service. And you absolutely “nailed it” when my son walked in from inspecting his new car (for the 27th time) and found the $2 bill in his gas cap, with a personal note from you. I have told everyone about the experience, and more importantly, told them all the things you did, for a vehicle which was $10K. It wasn’t a top-of-the-line car or a fleet of cars, but I was very, very impressed and I wanted to make sure you knew you made my day and certainly instilled “what superior customer service looks like” with my son. Our Subaru's warning lights went on while we were on a road trip. on June 14. We called around different Subaru dealerships. But they have no room for us for several days. Finally, We were able to get in touch with Dahl Subaru, the Subaru dealership closest to our location. Sarah was extremely compassionate and helpful. She let us know that she will do her best to squeeze us in so we can continue our trip. We limped over to the dealership. They did get us in and the mechanic Aaron (not sure spelling) started the repair right away. They gave us a loaner car because they needed more time to finish the repair. The next morning, at 7:30am they called us and let us know the car is all fixed. This is much sooner than their initial estimate of 10am. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, empathetic, and helpful! We were able to continue our trip. We are so grateful for the team at Dahl Dealership. When it's time to get a new Subaru, we'll be visiting again, even if it means 3 hours of drive from us! Thank you!

I'm a repeat customer. You cannot beat the attached dog park... I mean what better place to go! I was casually looking for a bigger SUV for my expanding dog family, went in for an oil change on my Outback, and came home with an Ascent. All the while, my two pups played in the dog park. The salesman we had, Casey M, was so nice. He was kind and patient. The manager was wonderful and came out to talk to us. The finance guy was funny. All the staff we interacted with were kind and approachable people. Definitely 100% in customer service!
VERY pleased with the car I recently purchased! Alexis, the salesman, was FANTASTIC! He went out of his way to give me and my son a great deal on the car we purchased plus filled the car up with gas and a free oil change for in the future! I bought a 2013 Ford C Max with high miles as a mechanic special. In the first week, we noticed what seemed like a wheel bearing issue. When I stopped by Dahl service, Blake had someone available right away to look at it and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Not only did they replace both bearings, they also replaced a brake light and windshield fluid hose at no cost. I was really happy with the transparent communication my salesperson Heath provided throughout the sales process and am especially impressed that the service department took care of these issues when they technically didn’t have to.
We had a problem with our battery that was still under warranty and they replaced it with a big better battery for free. Then we had a problem with our oil pan that was taken care of less than 2 years ago. They replaced it for free. They must have done something wrong, as we lost all the oil out of the car into our garage. I called them and they are sending a technician to clean it up. So appreciative for an honest and fair place! Thanks Dahl Subaru.

When we was looking for a new vehicle Dahl's is the first place that we went to look. We bought a Dodge Journey from Dahl's automotive so that is why we came back to you. Alex sold us the Dodge Journey so when we walked in I asked if Alex was still working at Dahl's because he was the one that sold to us before. I know Dahl's sold a new vehicle to a nephew of ours who wrecked his truck the same day that we wrecked our car.
